So, I was driving the 20 min. ride home from the gym and it was wicked foggy out (so I had my fog lights on)... I thought about this as I passed about 10 cars: Is it illegal to drive towards incoming traffic with your fog lights on? Obviously it's illegal to do that with your brights ("improper headlight use"), but I wasn't sure about driving past oncoming traffic with your fog lights on...

I'm pretty sure it's not illegal since fog lights tend to be low and dimmer than high beams, they should be since bright lights reduce visibility. I'll tell you what you need to do just in case. Carry a kitten with you at all times, if you get pulled over throw the kitten right in the cops face. The kitten will unleash a vicious attack and get away. While the cop is blinded you'll have lots of time to escape.

^ I've actually used that strategy before and it works very well.
