HHi! First, I should say, you will not be living with me--I am looking for a sublet to take my place. The reason is a romantic one: my bf and I have become serious and so I'm moving in! So, about your roommate, her name is Casey and she is a 25 year old professional. She is very amiable and has a sweet lab mix pup who loves everyone. She is very neat, but doesn't mind the occasional mess. She has an 8-5 job and although she goes out on the weekends, she would prefer to stay in during the week.

About the apartment: it is a nice two bedroom, two bathroom apartment furnished everywhere except your room. Your bedroom has an attached private bathroom, two closets, and two large windows. Amenities at the complex include two pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, a workout facility, and a computer lab. It is very close to the NCSU busline, CAT busline, and the Raleigh GreenWay Trail system which leads to Lake Johnson Park. The neighborhood is great for starter families and graduate students, although there are undergrads too. It stays very quiet, and is ideal for serious students/professionals. Also, it is within walking distance to Food Lion grocery store and several other restaurants, DMV, automotive, etc.

This is a great apartment, but needs someone soon. The complex requires a $50 application fee, a background check, and a credit check. But, I've already paid the security deposit so you don't have to--in fact, you'll get it back instead of me (it's the way the lease works). The lease expires on August 31st, but you may renew.
