So I ordered this bed from rooms to go and they've come out to me 3 times and keep delivering the wrong parts, this time they didn't even have the parts with them. I called up customer service and they said their warehouse is in charlotte and what i need are these storage railings they would fit in someone's car i've seen them, anyone in charlotte willing to go to this warehouse today and bring them to me either tonight or tomorrow morning? Customer service won't do anything about it except tell me to wait another week again for what is pretty much 2 pieces of wood and I'm having people over tomorrow and they need a place to sleep which won't happen. Anyone willing to help a guy out here? Obviously I will compensate

I have a friend in charlotte that could do this for me but he's not answering his phone

i have to give a presentation today otherwise i'd seriously consider going to charlotte myself. They haven't offered me any compensation and i told them if i don't get teh railings today they need to come pick up the bed cause i don't want it anymore and they didn't seem to give a shit. They won't send them to me via UPS or Fedex, they won't drive them to me. They told me i could pick them up after 1pm I have to give a talk at 2
