a drunk old guy littered in my yard in front of me the other day. I asked him to please pick it up and he cussed me out. I called the police and he got arrested for consuming alcohol or something.

all he had to do was pick up the trash and things would have been all good.

Back in the day I watched some retard kids throw their fast food packaging out the window of their moving car...

^ My favorite was some hipster kid walking through traffic at Cameron Village assuming that the cars would stop for him.

A car honks its horn and the kid gives him the finger. Blue lights immediately come on and cop jumps out of the unmarked car and grabs him.
