^^^ there've been plenty of court cases, arbitration, etc. to show that this sort of squatting more often than not doesn't work. check up on the case history, a municipality with a relatively decent lawyer will be able to get it transferred back without much bloodshed.

^ The thing is theres a difference between squatting and actually using it, plus acquiring it in how this guy did. I dont disagree that the pd probably will get it back through the courts, but hes got a better case than a lot of people do in situations like these.

I live 15 minutes from Bluff City in Johnson City...and their traffic cameras are ridiculous. Speed limit goes from 55mph to 35mph for about 300 yards then back up to 55mph, and they put a speed camera right after it drops.

I don't have a problem with red light cameras, personally, but speed cameras really tick me off...this is great

people of TN should just shoot the camera out one night.. there is no way to know who shot it out if they don't get on camera or seen by anyone else.
