So my parents just went to court today (I'm in Prague) to ask for a judgment on the girl that hit my house and had it not been for TWW she would have gotten off. BUT, when my mom showed the prosecuting attorney the twitter evidence that y'all found it caused a stir at the court because all of the lawyers (including her defense attorney) were astounded she keep tweeting how drunk she was, the pictures, etc. her attorney advised her switch her plea to guilty, which she was found and lost her license, is being forced to pay me back for all damages (including time lost) through the courts, got 24 months of probation, and 24 hours of community service

We have court with him in the upcoming weeks actually and he's done a lot wrong (didn't send list of damages within 60 days, avoided subpoena, kept pro-rated rent illegally, didn't give me proper notice, etc.) so we'll see
