Not calling the police when a girl hit my bumper in a parking lot and trusting her that she would in fact pay for everything (like she said she would).. and that she didn't want it to go through insurance.

When I called her with two estimates bitch tried telling me we were both at fault since it was a "reversing accident" and that she's not paying. I was completely stopped when she hit me.


Well, I went back to the scene and tried to get a police report - the only reason he wouldn't do one is because it was under $1,000... but what that bitch doesn't know is that I had her license plate number in a picture so I had the nice cop pull up her insurance info

She should be getting a call from her adjuster very soon.

And if they deny it -- stewpid biyatch made a verbal agreement to pay... I'll take her ass to small claims

Not applying for internships/co-cops in undergrad. Moving in with a girlfriend. Fucking the ex-girlfriend after the "ex" part. Starting smoking. Starting drinking when I did. Trying to go out with most of those girls. Not keeping a journal of all this shit. Starting a shitty blog. Getting tricked into smoking pot. Falling out with church. Telling my parents how they fucked up. Not starting some things sooner. Not staying with public-speaking-related clubs in college. Screwing over my friend in one of those clubs for no good reason. Losing contact with a number of other friends. Not going in to help my dad work on the house the day the dog died. Not keeping track of a more recent dog that died unpleasantly. Not seeing Unk in the hospital. My first post on TWW. Not staying with that shitty job just so I'd have one. Being honest with job interviewers. Not starting grad school right away. Eating that pizza that gave me dysentery. Not getting that double-major. Continuing to date that girl after she helped cost me that double major. Many other things.

I just said I have a witness, which to me seems the best way to prove I had one with the girl. Not to mention, the lawyer said that will help me a lot. If the state of NC didn't take verbal agreements seriously, they wouldn't have them hold up in court. And she would be lying under oath if she said we didn't have one.
