One of my co-workers asked for help accessing a website. The link for the site he needed to access was an embedded link in an email someone sent to him. But the link would not work when he clicked on it.

After I had him copy the link I told him to open an Internet Explorer window and paste the link into the address bar. He had no clue what I was talking about.
