Plaza midwood area close to downtown. If Shang hai is open till 3-4ish in Raleigh why can't there be a late Chinese place in Charlotte!

I'd help you more but i've lived out in the steele creek area my whole life and am not that familiar with uptown. (I can drive in it, find a few select places, but for anything more than that i'm useless)

^+1234354321 on the UNCC area sucking. I don't really feel safe in most of that area, and the only good thing about that area is a good BBQ place and a wing place that isn't there
