My right hand (writing hand) is killing me today and I'm pretty sure it's because I like to write with skinny pens at work and I dont hold them correctly.

Does anyone else not hold theirs correctly and get cramps/aches in their hand?

the only other thing I think could be the cause of it was holding the bat funny yesterday when Ragged was throwing me some BP cause he was pitching inside
