WHICH FUCKING WAY IS IT ROTATING??! it keeps changing
6/26/2010 1:19:31 AM
Clockwise
6/26/2010 9:14:21 AM
i'm not seeing what is confusing about this
6/26/2010 9:24:22 AM
right after the flash it switches, then it freezes and switches again. Watch the loop.
6/26/2010 9:27:15 AM
it can be viewed as going either way and shit.but i too, saw it clockwise.
6/26/2010 9:38:38 AM
CLOCKWISE.wait when i went to post this reply COUNTER-CLOCKWISE.FUCK.
6/26/2010 9:40:08 AM
for me, it goes clockwise right after the flash. Then half way before it resets, it switches spin.[Edited on June 26, 2010 at 10:07 AM. Reason : ss]
6/26/2010 10:07:10 AM
clearly clockswise. until I went to reply, then i was all stared at it for a few minutes and found if i shift focus to the upper left briefly it will change directions. [Edited on June 26, 2010 at 10:13 AM. Reason : .]

Just like the spinning silhouette girl you can make it go either way in your mind. I always switched it in my head with the girl by focusing on her foot, I can do the same thing with the little pointed part at the bottom of the cloud, independent of the loop resetting.

first thing I thought of[Edited on June 26, 2010 at 11:01 AM. Reason : ^]
6/26/2010 11:00:50 AM
fake. all of them.
6/26/2010 11:19:00 AM
I can't get the spinning girl to spin the other way, just clockwise.
6/26/2010 12:56:52 PM
I can't get the spinning girl to spin the other way, just counterclockwise.
6/26/2010 1:09:43 PM
clockwise. why is it so damn hard to see?
6/26/2010 1:11:56 PM
6/26/2010 1:41:23 PM
dumb. look at the shadow
6/26/2010 1:49:06 PM
6/26/2010 1:49:40 PM
Both ways.
6/26/2010 5:09:16 PM
6/27/2010 4:54:02 AM
oh fuck. i was just looking at the spinning girl and looked away for a sec and then she was going the other way
6/27/2010 5:28:42 AM
You know what's cool? Being able to look at that chick gif and changing the direction of rotation at will. Most people should be able to do this.If you can't, you are neurally inferior
6/27/2010 4:42:22 PM
yeah, after a little (a lot) of practice i can now do it too!Only a postulate here: Seeing as the direction the silouhette appears to spin has a great deal to do with whether or not one is left/right handed, I would imagine women have an easier time of changing the direction in their mind's eye. Apparently the connections between the right and left halves of women's brains are more dense with pathways than men's.
6/27/2010 10:40:52 PM
With the lady, I can switch her rotation automatically. But, the original picture ITT is a little harder to switch for me.
6/27/2010 11:22:59 PM
The real question is why you even care which way it's rotating. It's a rotating mass of nothing and it's rotating. A person should never let a mass of nothing influence them in any way. It's like pondering how many cells are in an amoeba. It doesn't really matter even if you know the answer.
6/27/2010 11:41:20 PM
i guess thats a troll attempt?good job selling anti-empty mass ideas using black electric letters defined by the absence of light

^nice
7/7/2010 7:58:31 AM
^The cool thing to me there:If you can synch up the middle one to the left one in your head, then the right one is 180 degrees out of phase. If you can synch the middle one to the right one, then they all seem to rotate in phase.[Edited on July 7, 2010 at 8:11 AM. Reason : terrible awful spelling and whatnot]

To me, it look like a leprechaun. To me.
7/7/2010 8:05:09 AM
nice job fermat
7/7/2010 8:32:13 AM
yeah i totally made that
7/7/2010 6:50:07 PM
if by "clockwise" is meant "the part in front of the axis moves left" then I say clockwise
7/7/2010 6:52:18 PM
solve this for me...you can even print it out, cut it out, and try it out14 leprechauns...15 leprechauns...
7/7/2010 7:13:13 PM
hmm
