W/D, cable ready, kitchen with dishwasher, 2 living rooms, back yard, pet friendly, plenty of parking, public soccer field 50ft away, 2 minutes from campus, no lease required. Everything negotiable with landlord, but expect to pay around 500/mo plus your share of utilities.

Roommate 1 is landlord and lives with his gf, only stops by house for an hour or so during the day a couple times a week.

Roommate 2 (may move out, may stay) is chill, respectful and easy to get along with male


This room is HUGE, probably about twice the size of your average campus-area master bedroom. House was originally designed as 2 studios and and apartment, your bedroom being one of the studios, the larger living room is the other. Your room might as well be a separate apartment, very private, you don't ever need to see or enter the rest of the house unless you want to (back door opens right to your staircase, though also accessible from inside/main entry). It's a nice spot, VERY convenient location (close to everything you need), only moving out because the gf and I decided to shack up.
