Yeah, what a stupid idea it is to post up a home for sale on a local message boad frequented by soon-to-be or recent college graduates who will be looking for permanent housing in that price range.

Now that my smart ass comment for ^^^ is out, good luck with the sale. I've also got mine posted up on tdub and so far have gotten some nice comments, perhaps a showing or two out of it. Hopefully these ridiculously low interest rates will help us both out. Best of luck!!
