The one easy word so far is "dog" because the russian word is pronounced "sabaka".

So I just have to remember that Chewbacca looked like a dog and I'm golden on that one.

only easy thing about Russian IMO is correspondence between orthography and pronunciation

although there is word with letter normally having hard "g" sound instead having "v" sound normally signified by different letter
also no articles in language
