Its something that my mom has been making for all major holidays for the past 2 years.

She takes a casserole dish, lines the bottom w/ ice cream sammiches, then spreads whipped cream over the top, adds another layer of sammiches, another whipped cream topping and then puts crushed Heath bars on top. Then you freeze the entire thing overnight.

OH yeah and for 4th of July, she STEPPED THE MOTHERFUCKING GAME UP by using Klondike bars instead of ice cream sammiches. She had a layer of double chocolate klondike bars and the other layer was Heath klondike bars.

Only problemo with making the sammich cake is that you need to have freezer space. Which at this time, I do not have.

I'll have to do some severe freezer eating in the next 2 days.
