What if she's an international girl and has just moved to the U.S.? Does that even matter?

just feel lucky you are dating a brazilian.. but seriously it depends on what part of brazil. sao paulo girls are probably more serious than rio de janeiro. if she is a partier then probably have to have the talk.

this kinda shit usually takes care of itself, for me

you don't suddenly "become" official/exclusive...you just both stay away from other people, as a matter of course, because you like each other

and after awhile, your officialness/exclusivity becomes undeniable

If she's Brazilian (or American, for that matter) it is possible that she is making out with/fucking guys on nights when she does not see you...but I would hope she would behave in such a way as to make you sure this is not the case

personally I would avoid "the talk" if possible, just on general principles
