in iran, selling a kidney is legal, regulated, and encouraged. the going rate is about 6 months wages, but is negotiable between the parties. so, for an equivalent US rate (say $20,000), would you sell a kidney? would you try to negotiate for more money?

I might think about a kidney for $20 million, but probably not.

Sorry, there are better ways to make money, and even then, money is great and I like a lot of expensive things, but once you have a decent, normal standard of living, money isn't the end-all.
