I knew all about his situation before he moved and and talked to both his therapist and probation officer. I knew exactly what he did (which was nothing). He sought treatment and was convicted of wanting to force himself onto a child, but no abuse actually happened.

I believe in second chances. He has lived with us for almost 2 years and he is moving back home to CA in 4 weeks.

The NC law says if you are a registered sex offender you can not be a part of any social networking sites. They took his computer, any item that could hold data (disks, jump drive, memory cards), and mail proving his address.

I am seriously not sure why there were 31 cops tho.....

He had the account since high school........Logging on breaks the law since they had known he had one and monitored his account. He logged on to check on the status of the account. There is about a 50% chance they will come back and arrest him tonight. He gave me his lawyers phone number to call in the morning if they come.
