It COULD be a Nissan, but that's certainly not the same radio. The rotary dial is much bigger in the first picture, and there are no buttons above it. Also the lit up and down arrow buttons are not matching in the two pictures.

You're a year off, but I'm not sure in which direction--scallops came in for '56 after the original body shape ran '53 to '55. But the faux vents with chrome strakes inside the scallops, as on this car, came in with quad headlamps in '58.
