what's the appropriate thing for the other person to do when your right hand/arm is pre-occupied and you have to extend the left hand ... i think they should also go lefty so the handshake is normal
when they still use their right hand, it feels ~ because i guess that's the shape your left arm takes when you try to shake their right hand
