Are there any programs that can restore open folders and applications after a restart/relogin? Pretty much how Firefox remembers what tabs you have open?

I know about the 'Restore previous folder windows at login' and that gets me halfway there, but it's the apps I really want to autostart.

If the apps are the same ones all the time, just add a shortcut for each apps .exe file in the Programs\Startup folder.
