I take benadryl most nights.

I, too, used to take such items. But then they started making me very groggy in the morning, so I quit.

Groggy is often better than going entirely sleepless.

I, however can see it coming.

Don't have to be at work early? I will stay up later.

Stay up just late enough that I will be able to get just enough sleep before i have to be at work? Cool.

Realize my phone is dying and thus my alarm is non-existant? Well I'm an idiot without a backup alarm that is going to be up all night now.

Not so much insomnia as much as anxiety over the whole thing by the end of it.

On that note, I am gonna try to oversleep for being at work by 3pm now.

I've only been getting like 5-6 hours of sleep a night recently. I don't ever really feel tired during the da but I'm usually a "needs 8-9 hours of sleep" person.

I want to get back on schedule since I will be starting a job shortly...
