Where if you are playign season mode with a team that has Farve as a QB, then you have an additional "retirement" meter that is active at all times (during games, prep week, and off season)

it would bring a new and exciting challenge to the game, with every pick thrown the Favre-O-Meter shifts closer to retirement, with every signing of Manny Lawson his meter will go towards contract extension

you will have to make decisions that may alter the future of Favre...can you keep Favre playing until he dies at age 86? Or will he walk off the field and get on a plane while the defense is on the field? You can assign a morale coach to specifically motivate Favre while he sits the sideline and game action is going on..or maybe you will have to use funds to send players to his home to convince him to finish the championship season!

Ultimately you, the player, will have to balance the importance of winning the game, of padding other players stats...to the importance of keeping Favre on his puppet strings slingin the rock

definitely something new and exciting to bring A WHOLE NOTHA LEVEL to Team management.

Thoughts?
