one of the funniest parts to me was when the guy thought pulling the bull's tail would somehow help the situation

i can't see the video for whatever reason, but pulling on the tail is what they do in the running of the bulls when a bull is about to get someone. it's designed to get the bull's attention and get them to turn around, and usually happens when the bull has someone cornered or is focused on a certain direction.

yeah, somebody pulls on his tail for a second or two, and right then a matador throws his cape at the bull's head, and then the bull falls like 15 feet down the bleachers
