I copied a client on some non-work related emails a month ago. The emails were just a bunch of random images. Our client hasn't said anything to me or my boss (that I know of), but she has been kind of distant at a few recent meetings.

My buddy's name is Levi, her name is Leisa, I would type "Le" into outlook and hit enter. Default was Levi but I guess she was added to the auto-complete list. I remember catching it a couple times and thinking to myself "Dang, that was close. I hope I've caught this before."
