and now that I have time during the weekends I'd like to learn how to cook some
list some recipes here... stuff involving chicken, ice cream, steaks, cake, CHOCOLATE chip cookies (none of this macadamia crap), bacon, banana pudding, wafers, those tube wafer looking things they put in ice cream, cherries, strawberries..... and especially cheese. I love cheese. 8/22/2010 11:59:30 PM |

2 tablespoons olive oil 4-7 Thai chili pepper, minced 2 tablespoon agave nectar 1/2 head of cabbage, coarsely chop 1lb ground chicken 4 golden plum tomatoes, diced 1 tablespoon garlic, minced 3 tablespoons fish sauce
Mince garlic and chili pepper together. Fry the garlic and chili pepper in oil over high heat deep frying pan/wok. When garlic starts to turn blond, drop the ground chicken in. Stir constantly. The juice will start to come out. Keep stirring until all the juice is gone. It might take a couple of minutes. Add agave nectar and fish sauce let simmer for a few minutes. Then add cabbage and tomatoes. Quickly turn it over a few times to mix with the meat and keep turning until cabbage is al dente (opaque in color). Serve hot with basmati rice.
Just made this in up in my brain tonight and it was AWESOME!!! NOM NOM NOM! Mixing of flavors does not always work well with me.
