I had to tell some college kids who were being loud as fuck to take their party inside

I could care less, but I feel bad for my 80 year old neighbor, and the other people who have to get up early, so I asked them to either take their party inside or somewhere else (the walls are kinda thin, and they were being loud)

They were surprisingly agreeable and cordial about the whole situation. I guess people still do appreciate you coming to them directly before you call the landlord or cops.

Ik kon schelen, maar ik voel me slecht voor mijn 80 jaar oude buurvrouw, en de andere mensen die vroeg opstaan, Ik vroeg het hen aan te nemen, hetzij binnen hun partij of ergens anders (de muren zijn dun kinda, en ze waren wordt luid)

Ze waren verrassend aangename en hartelijke over de hele situatie. Ik denk dat mensen nog steeds waardeer het dat je naar hen direct voor u bellen met de verhuurder of de politie.

but the same cats whose apartment it was had some shit go down about a month ago at like 3am on a wednesday...i let it slide, hoping it was a one time thing, since i, too, used to wile out in college...but some other neighbor called the cops...somebody's friend smashed the other guy's windshield to try and convince him not to drive haha, some other neighbor called the cops

so because of that, i think dude appreciates that i came to him/them directly, cause if i hadn't done anything, eventually the cops probably wouldve been called again, and he probably wouldve been evicted

^yeah i dont really care, but my apartments are only a few blocks from Queens University, but most people who live in them arent college students...it was more out of respect for my neighbors

I probably am relative to TWW, but they were pretty non-threatening...probably would've been more hostile if I had been a dick about it instead of just explaining the situation

3-4 people talking in loud drunk voices outside isn't that bad...this was like 40 drunk kids...right outside my 80-year-old-lady neighbor's spot
