i usually eat a nature valley bat before shift turnover. sometimes we'll cook some eggs in our kitchen around 8:30 or 9:00.

One time I even brought a supply of lucky charms and milk for my office

i have a poptart and soda (my only soda of the day) for breakfast. or if i'm out of poptarts, i will eat a granola bar of some sort. i don't have the time (or stomach) to eat anything really heavy in the morning at work.

We have bagel friday and one of the groups cooks waffles on wednesday but I haven't attended a waffle wednesday yet.

I do sometimes. Usually fruit and cottage cheese or yogurt, occasionally a hard-boiled egg (I love those little microwave cookers and keep raw eggs there) and/or some Morningstar sausage. Now I kinda want to take a box of cereal.
