NCSU aint the college i thought it was when i saw the good ol boys in the yard

its a damn shame. now we have a gay center and our library looks like a contemporary art museum

but whatever, i aint gotta go back

do the boys still hang out at the tree?? or did they get pushed of by GLAAD members and LGBLT

Since this is a hipsters thread and they are usually full of stupidity and misconceptions I figured I'd ask a question that will surely be answered incorrectly.

What group of people do I see dressed in awful dingy and way too small clothes that mock conventional lifestyles like working in a business casual office and perhaps even going straight out after work for a beer or two dressed in their work clothes still?

(note this actually happened in San Francisco where they loudly "mocked" successful business people who would go out to happy hour after work -- not in Raleigh)

I don't mind hipsters as much as white trash that wakes me up at 3am with their loud modified mufflers on their over-sized trucks.

i remember when i was a freshman.. 5 or so years ago and there were very few hipsters ( some I knew and are now working in restaurants with their english degrees ).

Now that im in grad school, i see hipsters everywhere I walk on campus.

raleigh has had a scene since before my time even, 13+ years ago.

don't act like it's something new. just new to you.
