Come live in the thick of downtown Raleigh! I have a 2 bedroom industrial-style condo in Palladium Plaza at the corner of Davie and Blount St. One block from Moore Square, caddy-corner from City Market, two blocks to Fayetteville St and the new downtown plaza. Easy walking distance to the Capital Building, new Downtown Amphitheater, and even the warehouse district. The R-Line picks up on the other side of the block and provides free transportation to all the important points downtown. It's a really awesome location, and I've had so much fun living here. I'm sure you'll like it too.
The unit is two bed, two bath, so you'll have a bathroom to yourself. It includes a covered, private parking space in the attached parking garage, patrolled several times an hour by the Downtown Raleigh Ambassadors (worth a good $80/month just for the downtown parking space).
