Black Sony DSC-T10 with charger & USB. Takes memory stick pro duo. A few years old, 7.2 megapixel. Works pretty well but sometimes the lens will shake. Turning it off and waiting a few seconds seem to work well enough to stop the vibrations. I would say it works >95% of the time.
camera is $10. 2GB memory card for another $10.
I have 3 incomplete Samsung Instinct phones used for parts. Between the three of them you can replace everything except the motherboard at least once. Take them all for $5.
