Hey!

My name is Nicolette and I live near the Trailwood/Lineberry (those are street names) area about 3 miles South of NC State University and about 5 miles from downtown Raleigh. My third roommate recently found a job in Asheville and had to move out unexpectedly, so we are trying to find a third roommate for our house. We need a roommate to move in in October and the lease is up at the end of June 2011.

Here is some information about our house:

Bedrooms: 3
Bathrooms: 3 (You get your own bathroom in your room!)
Appliances/Electronics already there: Washer, Dryer, AC, Heat, Microwave, TV, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Sink, Garbage Disposal
Features: Backyard, Back porch, Lawn Service provided by landlord, Garbage/Recycling pickup

Rent: $383 + utilities

Typically our rent for the month (plus cable, internet, DVR, power, and water) is around $450 - $500. It fluctuates depending on weather (how much we use AC or heat).

I am 23 and am a grad student at NC State and work full time tutoring. My roommate is 22 and is a nurse. We are both really friendly and would love to meet up with you to see if we could work something out!
