yeah the road is totally covered, when I used to live down there only Carolina Beach Ave North and Canal Drive would get flooded down by the North End, I dont remember it ever being this widespread across the entire town

I used to live about a quarter mile to the right of this picture, I'm sure the first floor of our old house is wasted
