One of my favorite things that annoys people is the chewing of cereal with an open mouth. I had a roommate who did this and my other two roommates couldn't stand it. They were so bothered by it, they would leave the room...always made me lol

My boyfriend has recently started doing this while sleeping to the point that I can hear it through ear plugs. I can't get mad because he needs to breathe and all, but damn if I'm that logical at 4 a.m. I can tell right when he falls asleep because it goes from quiet to HUHHHHHHHHH HUHHHHHHHH HUHHHHHHHHHH. Why does sleeping change the way you breathe, exactly?

I breathe through my mouth almost constantly. My sinuses suck.

I don't often chew with my mouth open, but I definitely take breaths in between bites. It's more noticeable when I'm eating quickly.

I like hearing my boyfriend breathe when he is asleep. It's like it is reassuring or relaxing or something. I don't like it when he starts snoring really loud in my ear tho.
