One of our freelancers was in a discussion with a group of folks here about "what happens when you google yourself."

He had never tried this before. So, in front of three people, he googled himself. First google listing? Registered sex offender list. Some offense against a 12-14 year old. His position was terminated later that week.

i looked up a really creepy coworker one time. he 1. still had a myspace page, and 2. had pics of teenaged boys topless leaning on his corvette. sure enough he had a couple of child sexual assault charges & a child abuse conviction. that + his terrible work ethic, awful quality of work, & attitude got him fired.
