I most recently said "Jesus fucking Christ" following the hang up. Sometimes it's invective directed against the person I was just talking to.

Is this normal? Should I try to break the habit?

I can see that. Has a decent ring to it. Profanity construction is a strange thing. How do we come up with it? It's generally an intuitive process for me. Little thought involved.

I've started cursing more and less cautiously since getting hit by that car back in February. It's like I don't give a fuck anymore.
