dried currants?

I wish they just listed their products on their website, even though I understand why they don't

Their new danish pancakes are awesome. Also buying produce there is generally a terrible idea.

Yeah their produce is crap compared to what's at the farmer's market. I do love most of their other stuff though.

I'll probably still end up stopping by on my way home so I can get a box of the cornbread stuffing and a bottle of wine

I was going to offer to stop by with a bottle of wine and some stuffing of my own, but that wouldn't be very gentlemanly.

If they don't, Fresh Market might.

Hell, the CV Harris Teeter could potentially have them.

If you call them, they will tell you if they have what you are looking for and if they don't they can tell you which store around here does.

I know I have seen shrimp sauce there in the past. Don't know if they currently carry it though.

So you can post on the internet but can't make a 20 second phone call to a grocery store

that makes sense

I got dried currants at the New England equivalent of Food Lion. SunMaid makes them, in an orange box over by the raisins. Not top quality, but good enough for baking.

Yeah I actually decided to just go to Harris Teeter since it's on my way home and all I really need is broth, a bag of onions, and a bottle of wine. Not worth going out of my way to Trader Joe's for just that.
