I think it was Batman. Not really sure because it might have been Bambi or it could have been A Christmas Story. A little hazy on the details.
I did see Home Alone and Beethoven right around the beginning of my movie theater going experience.

The first movie I remember seeing is Days of Thunder, but my parents were really into James Bond, so it was probably either "A View to a Kill" or "The Living Daylights". 11/1/2010 2:44:43 PM |

The first movie I remember seeing in the theater is The Rocketeer. But I'm not even close to sure it was my first.
Strike that. I definitely saw Home Alone at the movies and it came out a year earlier.

I think it was the Lion King, however; I remember seeing the Flintstones much more vividly. Both came out in the summer of '94 (Flintstones before the Lion King), but the country I was in might have had the Lion King released before the Flintstones. 11/1/2010 2:57:52 PM |

The first movie I recall seeing was a French film called The Bear. It was a documentary about bears.
My grandmother took my brother and I to see it (I think I was 4 or 5) b/c my uncle had worked on it
I remember it so vividly even though I haven't seen it since. At 4 or 5 years old, it scared the crap out of me. I started to cry so hard that my grandmother had to take me out of the theater. She never took me to the movies again
