From what I hear on the internets Zen Magnets are better quality that the buckyballs.

I have the older edition; there are fewer magnetic points in them - making the cube impossible


They regularly reside on the side of my tower in various roller-coaster looking forms.

first of all, it's been done before, over 2 years ago, under the "Neocube" brand

also I thought buckyballs were microscopic: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fullerene
