Jesus, you people, it wasn't about expecting people to know WTF Keynesian means, but that IT DOES NOT MEAN SOMEONE FROM KENYA.

All I know is that he was an economist, and only because of TWW. I know nothing else. So if I were to come across that sign before I knew that he was an economist, I would go up to those people and ask them what that meant, or I might even say "what is Keynes?"

It is not that difficult of a concept.
