we are pretty sure plates have been changed so we dont have them the old plates were nc plate LUVKAY98 personalized tag but i posted the last 4 of the vin in the top post you can see it through the windshield--if anyone sees it this weekend theres an additionsl 50 bonus so 250 till sun at midnight --and yes it painted like a SHP car two tone--Black with silver on top

yes we use all the social sites as well as paid sites that we are members of for skip tracing problem is it is in a third party posession and we have little info on that party -- we know that it is around NC STATE and thought it might be a good shot to see if TWW produces any results--if it turns out to be a viable tool maybe we can buy adds and start a monthly listing of wanted Raleigh units between several agents---
