^^haha, it was my annoying, stupid, lazy, upstairs neighbors (seriously). I hate these people with a passion (mostly because they are loud all the damn time).

But I didn't think the FD actually made it (thought the call was canceled); I heard the sirens when they were far away then never again; and they didn't park where most people do/normally where they do.

But yeh, these people are STUPID and LAZY. Last year a pipe burst in the 3rd floor apartment. Those people weren't home; but my upstairs neighbors (the fire cookers) were... with a few inches of water in their apartment that was making it down to ours.... and what did they do for a few hours of this? NOT A DAMN THING. Just fucking chilled out with in a flooded apartment. No checking on the 3rd floor apartment; no attempts to shut off the water; no emergency maintenance calls; no nothing.

and lake park isn't that bad anymore. a few bad apples here and there... annoying neighbors sometimes... but you deal with that in any college apartment complex.
