I stopped at one in Florence SC and ordered a burger cooked medium.

They told me that they can only cook burgers medium well.

That seems to directly contradict this whole "No rules, just right" business.

I hate them tooooo! Went there one night and had HORRIBLE service so I filed a complaint online. Next thing I know, I have a $25 gift certificate I'll never use and that they won't let us use at a different chain of theirs. GRRRRRRRRR.
