The lease will run from until August 4th. Rent is $687 a month and includes basic cable (A $40+ perk). Electricity, water, sewer, internet are extra. The location is walking distance from the RBC Center / Carter Finley Stadium and is close to NC State, I-40, and the 440 Beltline. It is a great location in the heart of Raleigh. The unit is ~ 780 square feet, has a fireplace, walk in closet and balcony with a storage closet. Includes all appliances and washer/dryer. Apartment is on the 3rd floor so it has vaulted ceilings. Community amenities includes 2 pools, 2 exercise centers, tanning bed, movie theater, basketball/tennis courts and sauna.
