A lot of people think retail outlets have wizards in the back that shit out iPods and other in-demand consumer items and that "the customer is always right" means "oh I'll just go open up our special stash because you were a real dick about it".

I still remember the girl who flipped out at us for being out of stock on some student copies of office. "YOU PEOPLE[/I] ARE OWNED BY MICROSOFT YOU HAVE TO SERVE ME!!!!!!1111" Jesus fucking christ, it's rare that I've seen such crazy wander into that store. Well, at least such [i]violent crazy.

There was the semi-retarded guy with bad eyes who was looking at a display box (i.e. empty cardboard box w/ product info on it) of MS Office who, upon seeing that he was holding a box that was manufactured by or for the Microsoft Corporation, flipped out and went "EEEEW MICROSOFT" and threw it at my coworker's face.

Wolf man used to walk in there and piss people off over inane shit like price tags that customers tore off or the fact that everything wasn't priced (because bookstore senior management (i.e. director) wouldn't let us get price tag guns). Haha, memories...

omg I saw this and thought, are they talking about Black Friday at Best Buy??

Yeah this woman, a black friday customer, was trying to cut in line after I told her she wasn't in line to begin with(just making her own line) and that she'd have to go to the end on of the line, which wasn't long yet anyways, the doors had only just opened about 15 minutes earlier. She just stood there, probably thought I was a silly white girl who wouldn't stand up to her. About a minute later she tried to push through the line again, I got between her and the line because I saw the people getting angry and told her to get to the end of the line. She spat. I had her taken out of the store.
