Very nice two bedroom apartment on Blue Ridge Road directly across from the Blue Ridge Cinema. I am transferring to a different university and I will need someone to take my place. The apartment is very roomy for two people and has a very nice interior. The complex is only a couple years old and still feels brand new. The setting is very quiet and ideal for a student or young professional. I am pleased to say that this complex really lacks the rowdy college crowd. My roommate is seeking a second degree and most of the neighbors are serious students. I have never had a problem while living here which is a nice change. The amenities that come with the apartment include a clubhouse (gameroom), a study room, and a workout facility. The amenities are located on the main property off of Trailwood road. I am looking to start the sublease for the second semester starting in January; however, if needed, I can start sooner than that.The rent does not include utilities; however the apartment has only two people living in it, therefore the utilities are usually minimal. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions or if you are interested in a tour. Also, I am looking for a male renter as the other renter in the apartment is a male.

Rent is either $435 or $440 a month and includes the water. Utilities usually average to around $85-$90 and include the electricity, cable, and internet. Sorry for not including this earlier.
