I need help. My girlfriend wants a "cute" teapot for Christmas and I know nothing about them or where to get them. I'd like to shop locally instead of online (no shipping/ cheap material issues) and I don't mind paying a little more for quality. I think she wants something she can heat on the stove. Please school me on all things Tea and Teapot related. 11/14/2010 11:15:22 PM |

I was also going to suggest Teavana.
Ten Thousand Villages in Cameron Village sometimes has some cute teapots.
If you want to get her some amazing tea, A Southern Season sells Mariage Frères. 11/15/2010 11:38:05 AM |

TeaGschwendner in CV is no more. Same owners and tea but they ended their partnership with TeaGschwendner. 11/15/2010 12:18:26 PM |

Speaking of Teapots, my hometown was going to build this teapot museum that would have apparently brought in a lot of tourism. I mean I don't know why people would come to look at teapots but there are apparently some hardcore teapot fans.
But when the president singles out a project specifically as an example of pork barrel politics and wasteful federal spending, the project probably won't happen.
