Yeah traffic in boone is as bad as almost anywhere I've ever been (on an everyday basis, not counting accidents or construction).

Thankfully they are fixing it now but that could take years.

My first one was 2000 and it was rocking. 2001 was when the cops started to show a presence. 2002 it was effectively shut down.
