I've got my character Edward Abbey in position in the Topleaf NecroTech Building @ 55,84 on the GPS

there are new skills and features that let you set a safehouse and Scout it to get more AP for searching... this helps to prevent tons of aimless wandering

it is something that you really only play for about 15 minutes per day
and it kind of requires that you play it a bit every day because other people don't stop

but please join the West Grayside Wolf Pack while we drive the undead menace out of our neighborhood and take back our weird upside down L shaped mall!

that's 3 NW and 1 N - so 4 AP to get there and 4 back (at least)

^4 the easiest starting class, imho, is the firefighter - the lab tech is also a good choice
those classes provide easy ways to earn XP... you need to earn a bunch quick so you can buy Freerunning

Looks like the rotters are focused on the mall which clears the neighborhood out for the rest of us. Let's keep it that way and make sure the mall doesn't fall to the undead!

the place immediately to the east can let you into the mall, i tried attacking a zombie near there 20 times and missed every time

the auto repair zombie is down to 20-something health now

I used to be part of a covert zombie strike team, think it was called "Legion". Shit was fun as hell. We had private forums and would arrange times to assemble as one group and strike down heavily barricaded buildings and maul everyone inside. Police stations, NTs, Hospitals, you name it. All in extremely safe areas. After an attack we would disperse several blocks so as to maintain our cover as an unimaginable horror

Catch was that we didn't appear to be an organized force, so survivors thought zombies were becoming a big problem. We didn't have a group tag, and never stood/died in the same area as other zombies, aka we never appeared to be an organized horde.

Another fun part was we had human spies who would scout potential targets (so we didn't waste our day on an empty building) and they would spray targets with "Mark 5:19" the day of the strike.

We were later incorporated with the Mall Tour '06 as an elite covert strike team that would take down priority targets (NTs, Hopsitals, Police Stations) and later operated during the organized Caigar sieges. Covert, because human players had spies on the RFF forums and other large zombie clans that could warn of upcoming attacks. Coordinated strikes on one coordinate to pull the survivors to man the falling barricades, then switching to an opposite corner became the tactic we thought would win the war. Too bad we never got it.
