I came across something like this a few weeks ago. A hispanic guy came in to pay a bill at our office. After he left someone started looking at the 3 $100 bills.

They all had a blue stamp on them similar to this one, but in a starburst pattern.
Then taking a closer look we noticed the serial numbers on the bills were sequential even numbers.

ex. xxxxxxxxxxxx4, xxxxxxxxxxxx6, xxxxxxxxxxxx8

it was weird, felt like we had drug money.

The weirdest one has an eye with WH above it and on the other side of the bill ZURMI? or something like that stamped, can't make it out.
